How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is often free or discounted on most Onewheel boards. Exact costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to our support team—we may be able to arrange custom delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for fast, secure checkout.

Do you offer payment plans or financing options?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable monthly payments at checkout.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Order & Retunrs

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or make changes. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, with no signs of wear or use. A restocking fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization if eligible.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair under warranty as quickly as possible.
